At Nexus, we accept all insurances, however your selected plan will need to be checked for eligibility. It is for this reason filling out our Self Verification form below is so important. Please allow us 48-72 hours to verify your insurance, establish a co-pay for your visit, and call you back.

If you are a returning patient verifying a co-pay before your appointment, please give us a call at (281) 653-9123. In addition, 24 hours prior to your appointment our team will relay your co-pay and appointment confirmation via text and/or voice message.
